**About the Job**:
We are on the lookout for a skilled LinkedIn content creator and growth specialist to boost the online presence of our client. The objective is to carve a powerful niche within the construction industry on LinkedIn.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

1. **Content Creation**:
– Craft and publish regular, high-quality, engaging content relevant to the construction industry.
– Understand the client’s brand voice and values to ensure consistency across all LinkedIn content.
– Utilize compelling visuals, infographics, and video content to enhance engagement.

2. **Engagement & Growth**:
– Implement strategies to boost engagement and followership on LinkedIn.
– Foster relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and collaborators.
– Continuously monitor and adapt content based on analytics and feedback to ensure maximum engagement and reach.

3. **Sales Generation**:
– Optimize content and strategies to gradually lead high engagement towards sales conversions.
– Strong understanding of Sales Navigator and how to connect it to our content strategy to generate leads.

**Requirements**:

1. Proven experience in creating content specifically for the construction industry, with a focus or understanding of the flooring niche.
2. Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, engagement strategies, and best practices.
3. Demonstrable results of past successes on LinkedIn in terms of growth, engagement, and sales conversion.
4. Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative on individual projects.
