Marketing Project Management

Our firm is an award winning marketing agency with offices in Ottawa (Canada), Montreal (Canada) and Washington (DC). Our clients are professional associations and convention/event planners covering a wide area of society’s needs including health care, retail, information technology, veterinary medicine, and construction to name but a few.

Our clients rely on our services to attract more members, more event attendees, and grow their organizations. Currently we are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to take on a key area of responsibility within our company.

As Project Manager, you will direct and coordinate one or more Project Teams (made up of our client’s staff and our Associates) and ensure that all project tasks are delivered on time and on budget. Working from home in a virtually connected team environment, you will define timelines, task distribution, and report weekly on progress by communicating effectively with clients and other members of the Project Team.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Demonstrated success in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in a project management role
• Experience managing graphic design projects (online or print)
• Experience in managing project teams
• Experience with direct client interactions
• Experience with MS Excel and MS SharePoint a PLUS
• Experience in marketing a PLUS
• Experience in graphic design a PLUS
• Experience in the meetings or associations industries a PLUS
• A technology background is a PLUS
