Cyber Awareness Training Voice Over

Looking for a voice-over artist who can speak Germany, to use as voiceover over cyber awareness training videos.

Ideally the speaker has a Hamburg German accent (as we are looking for a very clean and precise regional German tone). The voice is to be used across short cyber awareness training videos on an education platform, which was originated from English.
