We are seeking an experienced Operations, HR, and Strategic Management Consultant to join our team on Upwork. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in improving and streamlining our internal operations, human resources processes, and overall efficiency, while also providing executive-level strategic guidance. You will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), internal processes, workflows, and strategic plans that will enhance our organization’s performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:

SOP Development: Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of our operations and human resources functions. Ensure that these SOPs are clear, concise, and easily accessible to all team members.

KPI Identification and Tracking: Work with key stakeholders to identify relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments and functions within the organization. Develop systems for tracking and reporting on these KPIs to measure and improve performance.

Internal Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement. Design and implement streamlined workflows to optimize internal processes.

HR SOPs: Specifically focus on creating SOPs for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Ensure that HR practices are aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.

Strategic Management: Provide executive-level strategic guidance to senior leadership. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans, business strategies, and organizational goals.

Training and Documentation: Provide training to employees on newly established SOPs, processes, and strategic initiatives. Create documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.

Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics related to operations, HR, and strategic initiatives to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations and drive decision-making.

Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, best practices, and strategic trends. Ensure that the organization complies with all legal requirements while also exploring opportunities for innovation and growth.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Encourage feedback from employees and stakeholders to refine processes, HR practices, and strategic plans over time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations, HR, and Strategic Management Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successfully improving operations, HR processes, and providing executive-level strategic guidance.

Strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), workflow optimization, and strategic planning.

Excellent understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for both operational and strategic decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in tools and software commonly used in operations, HR, and strategic management.

A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR, operational, and strategic matters.
