Administrative Assistant to President/CEO
I need administrative help from someone who is highly organized and loves helping keep executives organized and buttoned up!
I have various areas of focus, but to start, I am seeking a Virtual Assistant that can help me organize and correctly tag and segment my contacts in ActiveCampaign. It would be helpful if you have extensive experience with Wordpress and ActiveCampaign to help me with various related tasks. I would also love a candidate who is strong in Excel who loves to help keep me organized and get things done!
I’ll soon need help creating proposals for clients, making sure that we are delivering on all promised work, sending weekly or monthly recap update emails, helping me with making email introductions, referral emails, and more!
