Animated winner announcement video

We are requesting an animated video for the announcement/grand reveal of our client’s sales team winners during a virtual company town hall.

Please see the scope below:

Style: animated bobble head bodies traveling through the Bahamas (an animated background) with the actual winners’ heads on the bodies.
We will share an example video for reference.

Duration: 0:30–1:00

# of People: 21 winners (they will be separated into 4 groups)

Theme: Bahamas – the event will be in Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort. We will want to highlight this location and all of its beauty.

Potential Scene Ideas: Junkanoo Parade, Water Slides at Atlantis, Poolside at Atlantis resort, Water Activities, Beach, Swimming with Pigs, Snorkeling, Catamaran Sail, Aquarium under the sea (at Atlantis)

Music: Tropical – something with steel drums would be fitting!

Format: MP4 or MOV

We will provide copy/script and winner head shots

Timeline:
September 29 – October 5: Initial story boarding, animation draft without head shots
Oct 5: Winners to be decided by clients (we will collect & send head shots)
Oct 12: Draft 1 to client with head shots added to the animation
Oct 12  – 15: Any final changes
Oct 16: Final MOV/MP4 file delivery
