Role Description
As a Community Manager at Rize.gg, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing a thriving gaming community. You will be the bridge between our platform, gamers, esports enthusiasts, and content creators, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities:
* Community Building – Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain an active and inclusive gaming community within the Rize.gg platform.
* User Engagement – Interact with users, gather feedback, and facilitate discussions to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all community members.
* Events and Tournaments – Organize and manage gaming events, tournaments, and challenges to enhance user engagement and excitement.
* Moderation – Monitor user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere.
* User Support – Address user inquiries, provide assistance, and troubleshoot issues to enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Passion for gaming and esports with a deep understanding of gaming communities and industry trends.
* Proven experience in community management, preferably in the gaming or esports sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong moderation and conflict resolution abilities.
* Creative thinking and the ability to devise engaging community initiatives.
* Familiarity with social media management and content promotion.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to community management.
* Willingness to stay updated on gaming and esports developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication within the MENA region.
