Role Overview:

As the CRO Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining Moneygeek’s user experience to optimize conversion rates. This position demands a profound grasp of user behavior, a zest for data-driven insights, and the knack to synergize with diverse teams to actualize robust CRO strategies. A deep understanding of SEO and its interplay with CRO is essential, given our business model’s dependence on SEO traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

-SEO-CRO Synergy: Understand and leverage the relationship between SEO and CRO to ensure that optimization efforts enhance organic visibility while improving conversion rates.
-Data Authority: Be the primary point of contact for insights on website UX performance metrics, including conversion rates, user engagement, and more.
-CRO Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive CRO blueprint, encompassing A/B testing, user research, and other data-driven methodologies.
-A/B Testing Expertise: Spearhead A/B tests and user studies, ensuring seamless collaboration with design, development, and data teams from inception to analysis.
-Team Collaboration: Align testing concepts and outcomes with revenue, commercial, and marketing divisions for coherent and precise positioning.
-Agile Problem-Solving: Swiftly address CRO challenges, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to streamline the journey from idea to implementation.
-Strategic Vision: Align product enhancements with overarching business objectives, substantiating your proposals with data and presenting them lucidly across the board. Qualifications:

-SEO Mastery: Profound knowledge of SEO best practices, strategies, and tools. Ability to integrate SEO insights into CRO initiatives for holistic optimization.
-Technical Proficiency: Experience in conversion rate optimization and modern web development (HTML, Schema, CSS, JS).
-Analytical Acumen: Mastery in tools like Google Analytics, GTM, VWO, with a solid foundation in statistical analysis.
-Programming Insight: Familiarity with Python or similar languages is a distinct advantage.
-Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
-Relevant Experience: Proven track record as a CRO Specialist or analogous role, with hands-on experience in web analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
-Personal Attributes: Creative, results-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative with impeccable attention to detail.
