qLoota® is a simple mobile application that manages and monitors production resources in several companies. It should be implemented as progressive web app. Resources can be example machines, measuring devices and employees. With the help of the application, it is ensured that no measurements are taken with an uncalibrated measuring device, that the periodic maintenance of the machine is not missed, or that the employee’s qualifications are in order. The application is designed for small companies engaged in production activities that do not yet need an extensive production control system. The application can also be used in parallel with the production control system and transfer information between them. In audits performed by clients or certification companies, the application makes it easy to demonstrate the operation of resources in accordance with the requirements. The application is also an excellent help in monitoring operational activities and internal auditing.
Data entered into the system are identified by IDs. ID´s are feed by keyboard or read from qr-code. There will be 4 user profiles.
We together with the supplier draw up a more detailed specification. Development to be done in client’s server.

The development work is done in two parts, the first 3000$ and the second 3000$ when the first is successfully done and the basics work.
Freelancer reports weekly on progress and provides a test version and source code.
