Normalize Data in a CSV file

I have a spreadsheet with four columns: Customer Name, Address ,City, State, and Zip Code.

The data in the customer name is a mess. Some cells have two names, some cells have business names. Some cells have the last name before the first.

I want the customer name column to be normalized so that only a first and last name appear (if there are two names in one cell simply remove one of them). I also want two additional columns: One for “First Name” that pulls the first name from the “Customer Name” and one for “Last Name”, that pulls the last name from the “Customer Name” column.
