Social Media Manager for a crypto Token

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to become the front face of our recently launched utility-based cryptocurrency token project. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing communities for Web3 and utility-based token projects. Strong English communication skills are vital, and proficiency in additional languages would be a valuable asset.

This crucial role involves fostering growth and engagement across our various platforms, thereby enabling our owners and founders to concentrate on developing the token’s utility. Please note that while this role requires overseeing community health and engagement, it does not include 24/7 moderation duties as we have dedicated moderators for our Telegram and Discord communities.

While a flair for graphic design would be beneficial for creating engaging content such as Telegram stickers, social media posts, and more, it is not a mandatory requirement. If you don’t possess these design skills yourself, you should have the resources to get it done through other means.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in managing communities for brands and projects in Web3 and utility-based tokens.
2. Exemplary English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to produce engaging written and visual content for social media
4. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus but not required.
5. Familiarity with various project communication channels, including Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, etc.
6. Experience in organising live events and hosting AMA sessions.
7. Ability to develop and execute community strategies in line with project goals, vision, and target audience.
8. Proficiency in setting up and managing Telegram groups and Discord server, including bots, tools, integrations, roles, permissions, and channels.

Duties

1. Community Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with the project’s goals, vision, and target audience. This includes setting up and managing TG/Discord tailored to the project.
2. Community Oversight: Oversee the health and engagement of the community, including coordinating with dedicated moderators, (but not providing 24/7 moderation, we already have team for that)
3. Content Creation: Create or source engaging visual content for social media, including Telegram stickers and/or other graphcs. Keep the community up-to-date with regular posts about project news, developments, and milestones. (in this mention both written and visual content, written content includes creating posts for Reddit and Medium)
4. Engagement Initiatives: Plan diverse contests, challenges, giveaways, mini-games, and quizzes to engage the community.
5. Event Organisation and Representation: Organise live events and host AMA sessions.
6. Member Support: Assist community members, answer their questions, provide dedicated support, welcome newcomers, and guide them through the community.
7. Metrics and Feedback Analysis: Analyse engagement and growth metrics and provide the team with statistical reports. Collect feedback from the community and report issues and suggestions to the team.
