Transcribe a Youtube Music video for organ and soprano

I want to transcribe the following piece to organ and soprano:

The music does not need the lyrics but just the notes.

The organ part may include the main organist (intermediate level) and also we may have another hand available to play the organ trumpets.

The deliverable should include well written and detailed sheet music. Thank you
