I will redraw 2d floor plan for real estate agent

I’m a Landscape Designer, based in the US. I currently own NOAR Landscape Design in VA. I work with contractors, developers, homeowners, etc. to develop illustrative Landscape Plans for client meetings, site plan review, etc. This gig will be a collaborative process to create a design that is EXACTLY what you’re looking for.

Before you book a gig, send me a message, so I can assist you in selecting a package. Price difference is based on time spent on project, not level of detail.

With this Gig, you will receive:

• Detailed, Rendered (Colored) Site Layout Plan, showing dimensions, materials and plant callouts.
• Plant Schedule with common and botanical names, sizes, quantities.

What I need from you:

• Site Photos & Dimensions
• Site Survey (if on hand, no worries if not)
• Inspiration Photos from Pinterest, Google, etc. or any Sketched Ideas or Vision Boards (to help generate ideas)

Working with me will involve you in every step of the way. I can’t design your dream outdoor space without your ideas too! If you have any questions, let me know, and it would be amazing to work with you!
